HD4DP v2

The application HD4DP v2 is used to collect sensitive personal information. Therefore, access to HD4DP v2 can only be given by a mandated staff member of the health care organization that participates in the project.

Usually, this mandated staff member is the so-called "Responsible Access Entity" of the health care organization (Verantwoordelijke Toegangen Entiteit (VTE) - Responsable Accès Entité (RAE)). This is a specific function and role created within the ehealth and social security network. Often, the Responsible Access Entity delegated operational tasks to other persons within the health care organization, for example IT collaborators.
